Gentle Flow Yoga
Description
This class is a gentle floor and prop based practise suitable for all levels. You'll be encouraged to adapt poses to your own specific requirements for your body. We'll begin each class with a grounding meditation and breathwork, releasing the day and any stresses that have followed us onto our mats. Then we'll begin with floor based poses to warm up the spine and prepare the body for deeper movements. Throughout this class you will be encouraged to celebrate what your body is able to achieve and to let go of the need to push or force. You'll be guided to spend some quality time with your body, listening to the subtle cues and nurturing all aspects of yourself; body, mind and soul. We'll use props to assist as needed and participants are always welcome to adapt each pose to suit the body they are in or their particular level! Classes always finish with a lovely savasana designed to leave you floating out the door.
